Returns Policy

To return a Jaybee Supplies Limited product:
You must request a return by notifying Jaybee Supplies Limited via email at sales@jaybeesupplies.co.uk or by calling 01282 505043. Please include in your email the date of your purchase, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

What can be returned:
Most non-printed items we sell can be returned. If the return is due to a “change of mind,” any delivery or out-of-pocket expenses will be charged. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Items showing noticeable wear cannot be returned.

We cannot accept returns of items that have been embroidered or printed unless we have made an error in fulfilling your order, as agreed at the time of purchase or order confirmation.

What cannot be returned:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after receipt of purchase.
  • Items not in their original packaging.
  • Items with noticeable wear or damage.
  • Embroidered or printed items, unless an error occurred on our part.

Returns for refund:
Must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit:
Must also be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for returned products:
All shipping charges for returning products must be paid by the customer. We do not reimburse shipping costs.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate whether you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a visible location on the outside of the return parcel.
  3. Send the package to:
